Self-Direction for the Long Haul (Apr 2025)

Our committee member, Victoria McMullen, presented a panel for Applied Self-Direction called “Self-Direction for the Long Haul” on April 16, 2025.

This session discussed navigating the changing needs of individuals with complex support needs as they experience accelerated aging. The panel discussed maintaining fidelity of staff training, sustaining relationship networks, and assuring engagement in meaningful activities while aging in place.
