Charting the LifeCourse (2022 Conference)

This was one of the many meetings from the 2022 virtual conference! This presentation is an overview of using this framework!

The Charting the LifeCourse framework helps individuals and families of all abilities and ages envision a good life, identify needs and supports, and understand what it takes to live the life they want. It serves as a foundation for a community focused on transformational change through knowledge exchange, capacity building, and collaboration.
