Offline Mode For Acumen

If internet issues happen while clocking-in/out, Acumen’s offline mode instructions are found below.

Additionally,

• If selecting the Portal Option through the DCI Mobile App, the device location must be turned on.
• If the App is timing out or not operating correctly, follow the instructions to clear the cache on your device. 
• If the App needs to be used without an active data connection, please see attached Work in Offline Mode instructions.
• If employees experience trouble with the App timing out while they are entering shift notes, they may try typing their notes throughout each shift into an app like Notepad, and then at the end of the shift, those notes can be copy pasted into the DCI App when clocking out.
• Some devices with operating systems older than 2018 are not compatible with the DCI Mobile App. The Free Tablet with EBT – Free Gov Wireless website has information on resources to obtain a free device for eligible individuals.
